I was a little worried when they took a while to get back to me, because I wasn’t sure if my issue was actually being looked at. Once they did reply, they were helpful and got it sorted, which was reassuring. I just wish the response had been a bit quicker or that they’d sent a quick update so I knew someone was on it.

I ordered from themeltdown.com a couple of times, and the food itself was fine, nothing amazing but definitely okay. The delivery was kind of hit or miss though. My first order showed up pretty much when expected, but the next one was late and the tracking barely changed, so I was just sitting there hungry and guessing. When I tried to check on it, it felt a little like I was just a ticket number instead of an actual customer waiting on dinner. Not the worst experience ever, but a bit frustrating. I’d maybe order again, just not when I’m in a hurry

The portion size was actually big, which was a pleasant surprise. But the fries? I could’ve used a few more, felt like they disappeared tragically fast

I ordered from The Meltdown the flavor was good. The sandwich had a nice taste and I could tell it would’ve been really solid fresh. The downside was that everything showed up just kind of lukewarm. The fries were already soft, and the sandwich definitely wasn’t as hot as I was hoping. Not a bad meal overall, but it would’ve been so much better if it arrived warmer.

i check Themeltdown every now and then when i’m looking for a promo. the discounts are usually easy to find and don’t feel confusing or sketchy. i saved a little on my order, so overall i’m happy with it.

In the end, the refund came through and the issue was fixed. It wasn’t a perfect experience, but I’ll give credit where it’s due because they did handle it fairly in the end. I’m giving 4 stars because it got resolved, even if it could’ve been a bit smoother.

I had a good first impression of the site, it looks clean, modern, and really easy to move around. Pages loaded quickly for me, and everything felt clear without being cluttered. The design is simple but still polished — not overdone, which I liked.
